Ronaldinho's Fall From World's Best Footballer To Barca's #1 Party Animal

Isn't it a sad state to see Ronaldinho fail to beat his man with the sexy step or a burst of pace. The great Brazilian is looking less and less affective and interested. We don't see that big smile which always meant Ronnie was on it, you see the smile you knew your in for trouble.

Maybe it's knee jerk reactions, after him not putting in a top draw performance we know he can do but he just does not look the same play, some say he looks overweight but he proved he wasn't be scoring a goal and taking the Barca shirt off, or is it something deeper that is affecting the form ask Adriano about that, now that is a real sad state of affairs, a real shame how Adriano fell from the top to the bottom very quick or is Ronaldinho at 28 starting to feel the after effects of a history of loving the nightlife where ever he is? When in Paris playing for PSG he did have that reputation of loving the nightlife more than his football.

papers and online, could this be the end of While with Barcelona, he has lately broke the new 48 hour pre-match curfew, spotted out in nighclubs loving what he is doing, flirting etc. Again Osasuna a couple weeks ago he was substituted and was surrounded by a chorus of whistles, these are the fans who have complained about him not putting in the effort which is understandable, Ronaldinho is up there as one of the best players on this planet and them fans want him to play like he us to but seriously his body will not be able to handle both football and the night life. Over the weekend he did not play due to being "injured", talks of a bust up with the manager appeared in the Spanish papers. Ronaldinho's fantastic time in the Catalonia? Two league titles and a European Cup, add to that the many individual achievements.

Past couple of days talks of Chelsea yet again coming in for him are starting to surface. I wouldn't be so sure about him moving to west London. This is a man who loves time on the ball and beat players (well he could), use his flair, show the techinque. Just try to picture Ronaldinho playing up north during the freezing cold, would he enjoy that one? Or would he be able to party like he did in Barcelona and Paris? I strongly doubt it on both. Going to Chelsea he is just another one of the player's Roman is buying not the manager.

It's just sad to see a player who played for Gremio making his name move on to PSG where the skills and flair showed in front of European giants to the team of dreams Barcelona to being whistled by your fans playing poor and looking nothing like you use to. The 2006 World Cup he was very poor as was 3/4s of the Brazil team.

Ronaldinho still has a few good years ahead of him and if he is smart and wants to prolong the career he will take up the offer and quit the nightlife, train more and get back to blazing passed defenders with skill and pace or he could just join Chelsea.

Got any questions about anything football related or just want my view drop a comment in the box with your question and I'll respond to it in the next post I make.

Jermaine Defoe Must Leave To Save His Carrer

Jermaine must leave Spurs to get the best out of himself and become a top 4 team player. The only chance this boy get's is coming on as a sub against a Cypriot top division side! Why was he a sub? Mainly because Jol loves Robbie Keane who takes years to score, Darren Bent needs to prove himself and Defoe is yet to sign a contract. The player himself has come out and said he wants to remain at the north London side but is now dropped for Sunday's relegation clash away to Bolton, what must Jermaine be thinking for the 2nd league week running he isn't in the 16?

Defoe is a quality front man he does get you goals and is a natural born finisher but what's going on now surely he must know Jol isn't a fan of his anymore and to tell the agent "Start looking for a new club". Man Utd maybe a perfect fit for him, would Spurs be willing to sell another one of their "stars" to them? Carrick last summer and they won the league, sell Defoe and what will they do then? Defoe, Rooney, Tevez, Saha a nice looking front line.

Defoe at 24 should be starting week in week out, what does he have to prove to the manager to get a start? He is the best finisher at that club, Berbatov is not a natural born finisher he doesn't do it against the top 4 either where as Defoe can if given a chance, Keane no comment I can't stick him at times and Bent the price tag will kill him for him a while and when that dies down he should be fine.

All in all Defoe is a quick, pacey, natural born finisher could say an Ian Wright and needs to move on to another club, this season at Spurs is a nightmare he must not sign that new contract but request to move. He is 24 needs to be in the starting 11, the England spot will be slipping away even more than. Do the right thing Jermaine and leave Spurs.

Stunner In West London But Points Shared

Fulham 3-3 Man City
Davis (1-0)
Petrov (1-1)
Bouazza (2-1)
Mpenza (2-2)
Petrov (2-3)
Murphy (3-3)

Excellent game of football this Saturday evening down at Craven Cottage. Goals may have come down to some poor defending and poor goalkeeping but that shouldn't take anything away from this game. End to end stuff cracking goals and nearly a punch up by Richards and Dempsey.

Petrov most likely the best player on the pitch alongside Elano who have been a revelation in the Manchester City side they offer a different vision and pace to the side. Petrov still not excellent with his English in the post-match interview but the goals made up for that, both should've been saved but the builds up deserved goals.

Fulham, they can't hold a lead what so ever! shambolic defending, crap goalkeeping. Sanchez needs to sort it out. Bouazza's freekick was a corker hit with venomous power and swerve beating young Kasper. I will give them credit for making this an exciting game and positive subs, not going right for the defenders but more attackers to go for it.
